Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products ordered through the ROBOX website, including hardware kits, lab equipment, and robotics components. Digital products such as online courses and recorded sessions are delivered electronically and are not subject to this policy.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak demand or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5 to 8 business days.
- Remote areas and Northeast India: 7 to 12 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the logistics partner and destination.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. ROBOX may offer free shipping on select products or orders above a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment through the logistics partner's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the logistics partner to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
