Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital content and live educational services, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the first live session or received access to recorded content. However, if you are unable to attend the course due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled first session and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

2. Physical Products & Hardware Kits

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been assembled, soldered, or modified.
  • Electronic components that have been powered on or tested outside of original packaging.
  • Customised or institution-specific lab kits.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number or purchase confirmation.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photographs of the product (for damage claims).
